Members will serve as Navigators under the CLASS (Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Social Services) Navigators Program.

To download the application or view more information about the program, go to the CLASS page here [0].

Responsibilities :

Similar to case management, Navigators will determine eligibility of clients, create a service plan with the client, refer them to social services, advocate on their behalf, and coordinate needs and services.
