BPSOS-Delaware Valley has served the Vietnamese-American community of the Delaware Valley—which includes Philadelphia and the South Jersey region-- for 10 years. Our offices work at the local level to achieve our national mission - to assist Vietnamese refugees and immigrants in their search for a life in liberty and dignity by empowering, equipping and organizing Vietnamese American communities in their progress toward self-sufficiency.
