BPSOS-Louisville has served the 7,000-strong Vietnamese-American community of Louisville, Kentucky and surrounding areas since 2002. Our work encompasses many families and individuals living in South Louisville.

BPSOS-Louisville works to meet the needs of seniors, low-income persons or families, or simply community members whom we can help in some way. 

Our mission is to help newcomers overcome barriers to information and services, including limited English proficiency, low literacy, low income, lack of transportation, and cultural barriers so, that they can assimilate successfully into mainstream American society and lead a self-sufficient, healthy, dignified, and happy life life.
