Dear friends,

Asian American Entertainment Foundation (AAEF) is organizing a senior beauty pageant focusing on senior women in the Vietnamese community as they grow old gracefully.The pageant will highlight the generational influences and effects they have had on their families.  The event will incorporate various cultural aspects of the Vietnamese culture including fashion (the traditional "ao dai" dress); cooking; teachings; and language.  It will be held at 11 am on November 21, 2010 at the Emerald Restaurant (located in the heart of Little Saigon). 

The event will be covered and broadcasted on all major Vietnamese television programs and newspaper outlets.  The event's goal is to raise funds from the beauty pageant to sponsor our Music Award Event, which is scheduled for Sunday, Feb 2, 2012 at the Rose Center in Westminster, CA  92683. Also, 5% of the profit will be contribute to BPSOS to help human trafficking project called (CAMSA).
